Est-ce que je peux soumettre des photos à la vente?
En ce moment, les seules photos que nous vendons sont celles prises par Afrikimages et ses collaborateurs. À l'avenir nous considérerons cela.
Faites-vous des remboursements ?
Une fois que votre achat est fait nous ne pouvons pas faire un remboursement. La raison de cette politique est que nous offrons le plein accès à notre collection numérique entière de photos et, en tant que tel, nous ne pouvons faire retourner nos produits. Tourefois, nous pouvons faire exception pour un cas.
Y a-t-il des restrictions à mon utilisation des photos d'Afrikimages que je télécharge ?
Oui. Quand Afrikimages offre de grandes libertés et un éventail d'utilisations, nous ne permettons pas la redistribution de nos photos, ou permettre l'utilisation de nos photos pour les produits de grande distribution ou dans n'importe quel type de format d'archives.
Si j'achète un abonnement , y a-il d'autres honoraires que je payerai en téléchargeant ?
Non, une adhésion illimitée vous permet le plein droit de télécharger toutes les photos sur notre site sans aucun supplément.
Est-ce qu'on permet le partage de compte ?
Non, partager un compte n'est a aucun cas différent que de distribuer nos produits à d'autres. Différents comptes doivent être achetés par vos amis et collègues.
J'ai acheté un abonnement, mais indique-t-il que je ne suis pas activé,qu'est ce que je fais?
Sauf, cas rare, nos commerciaux ne peuvent acceder à notre système, ainsi votre compte ne peut être automatiquement activé, sans que nous ayons l'information. Par conséquent, si vous avez fait un achat de notre abonnement annuel et vous ne pouvez pas accéder aux photos Afrikimages, il suffit de le signaler par mail à : afrikimages@afrikimages.com.
What format are the photos in?
All Afrikimages photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Afrikimages and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Afrikimages photos that I download?
Yes. While Afrikimages offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos Afrikimages using your details, send an email: afrikimages@afrikimages.com. |
